The Ghost Key is obtained after defeating the Cubus Sisters on board the Ghost Ship in Phantom Hourglass. After obtaining the item Link can re-enter the lower floors of the Ghost Ship and unlock the door at the northeast corner of Floor B2. It is here that he finds the stone statue of Tetra and meets with Oshus, who subsequently tells him the tale of Bellum as well as his own destiny.
