"Koroks made this sword for Hylians. It's made of wood, so it isn't the best choice for head-on attacks. Its original intent was likely clearing vines to forge paths through forests."

— In-Game Description

The Forest Dweller's Sword is a melee weapon found in Breath of the Wild. It has a base power of 22, and can be found in various locations in Hyrule, but they are most common in the Korok Forest. The sword is made entirely from wood, meaning it will catch fire if it is brought in close proximity with a flame. It also has a fairly low durability.

This sword must be equipped at all times whilst attempting the Test of Wood Shrine Quest, or Link will be disqualified and will require to start over.
