Flint is a material found in Breath of the Wild. They can be obtained by mining various Ore Deposits found across Hyrule, but they are more common in caves and by cliffsides. Flint can be used to start a campfire if Link also has some Wood handy, but this cannot be done whilst it is raining. This material is also required for some Side-Quests in the game, such as Tools of the Trade.
