Farore's Pearl is the second pearl that you get in The Wind Waker. You are given the pearl by the Great Deku Tree on Forest Haven. In order to be given this pearl you must first save Makar from the Forbidden Woods. When this is done, the Deku Tree gives you this Pearl.
