Cyclok, Stirrer of Winds, is the boss of the second dungeon in Phantom Hourglass, the Temple of Wind. As Link ascends the Temple of Wind in to the final chamber, the door slams shut behind him and he is greeted by Cyclok, a blue and white Octorok who quickly demonstrates his control over the wind by summoning a small tornado around himself.

Strategy

As Cyclok begins his onslaught, you'll notice two tactics of his: a dive attack where he swoops at Link, these can easily be sidestepped; and a small attack where Cyclok spits out a few miniature tornados that advance on Link, making life difficult if you don't defuse them quickly with a well-placed explosive. During the fight, there will constantly be one of three miniature tornados coming from an opening in the floor. Combined with either the Bomb Flowers around the arena or your newly acquired Bombs, you can knock Cyclok out of the sky by throwing an explosive into one of these miniature tornados as Cyclok hovers above it to see him come crashing down and stun him for you to go in for the kill. Simply hack and slash while he's down, fling bomb's up at him when he's not, and avoid his attacks; and he'll find defeat quickly.
