Great Fairy Cotera can be found at the Great Fairy Fountain northeast of Kakariko Village in Breath of the Wild. To release Cotera from her covering, she asks for 100 Rupees, which enable her to have her full power. Once uncovered, she will allow Link to upgrade some of his armor, if he has the correct materials.
