Cloyne is a character in Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom.

Breath of the Wild

Cloyne is one of the villagers of Lurelin Village where he runs the All or Nothing game, which is a luck of the draw, Treasure Chest Game. He can be found in the hut, just north of the inn, where he can be seen sitting on the ground. When Link talks to him, he will try to get Link to play his game, enticing him by saying how he'd like to be rich, without having to work.

Link can pay rupees to play a chest opening game, with a 1/3 chance of winning. Link has a choice to bet either 10, 50, or 100 rupees. The prizes he can win are proportional to how much Link bets.
