Ember is a character in Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom.

Breath of the Wild

Ember works as the owner of the Riverside Stable.

Tears of the Kingdom

Ember is the owner of he Riverside Stable where Link can speak with him to register a horse, or if he speaks to him from the inside, he can access the Ledger or rent a Bed for the right.[1] The first time Link arrives at the Stable, Ember will reward Link with a Pony Point.[2]

Ember mentions that Lookout Landing is recruiting some investigators after a big, history-changing discover.[3]

A Picture for Riverside Stable

After completing one of the Regional Phenomena, as well as acquiring the Camera as part of the Camera Work in the Depths quest, Link can examine the empty picture frame on the wall in the stable. Ember will mention that The Stable Association asked them to hang the signs up to get ready for paintings to be put up.
