Lava Soup is an edible item obtainable within Oracle of Seasons, and is also a quest item. This particular soup has the capability to clear any headaches a person may be enduring at the time. It bears a striking resemblance to ordinary lava, versus the typical appearance of most soups.
Link can receive the Lava Soup through the Subrosian Chef, but only after Link shows him the Iron Pot. The Chef will then proceed to prepare the soup. He will then put it in the aforementioned pot for the young hero to carry more easily. Later, the Lava Soup is to be given to Biggoron, who currently resides on top of Goron Mountain, in exchange for the Goron Vase.
This entire exchange is only a small portion of the Noble Sword Trading Sequence.
