The Sacred Princess is a recurring character in The Legend of Zelda series.

Breath of the Wild

The story involving the Sacred Princess and the Ancient Hero is depicted on the Calamity Ganon Tapestry, where she alongside with the Ancient Hero Sheikah technology, and ancient Champions managed to seal Calamity Ganon 10,000 years prior. As with the four original Champions and the Ancient Hero, this screen was the only visual representation of her existence, leaving details of her life largely unknown. Her role would eventually be inherited by Princess Zelda of the Era of the Wilds

Age of Calamity

The Sacred Princess is seen again, as Impa's Tapestry is used in a cinematic that describes the unfurling events. In this instance, her visual seems to stand in as a representative of the modern day Zelda, as the other figures on the Tapestry are used to convey the Champions of the second Calamity.

Tears of the Kingdom

The tapestry also makes an appearance, once again depicting the Sacred Princess.

Trivia

  • In Tears of the Kingdom, the revelation of the sacred power originating from Rauru makes the Sacred Princess possess Zonai ancestry.
