Popla Foothills North Well is a location in Tears of the Kingdom. It is one of 58 Wells that can be found in the Overworld.
Tears of the Kingdom
The well is located right next to the Popla Foothills Skyview Tower. When Link draws near, he can hear a voice from down below. After falling down and then breaking a nearby boulder, Link will find Elmerson who is trapped down in the well. Link is able to enter this cave area from the south, through the Popla Foothills Excavation Site.
Inside the well there is a single Bomb Flower that Link can get. Once he falls down, the most effecient way of leaving the cave is to use Ascend to appear back at the Skyview Tower.
