Energizing is an effect that Link can get in Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom.

Breath of the Wild

Link can get the Energizing effect when he cooks Food or Monster Parts in a Cooking Pot to make Meals or Elixirs. It refills his stamina wheel.
