Bari are recurring enemies in the Legend of Zelda series. They appear in A Link to the Past, Ocarina of Time, Oracle of Ages, and Twilight Princess

These enemies light up with electricity every few seconds, and if you attack them with your sword when they are in this state, you will take damage. They are easily defeated with the Hookshot.
