Treasure Chart 37 is one of the 46 Treasure Charts found in The Wind Waker.
Acquiring Treasure Chart
The Treasure Chart can be found in an underground cavern at Rock Spire Isle. When you sail over, you'll find three large boulders on Rock Spire Isle. Link can stay in the King of Red Lions and launch Bombs to blowup the boulders. Alternatively, he can climb up and toss Bombs, but Link will have to time them so that the detonate shortly after he tosses them.
After blowing up the third rock, drop down the hole to find an underground cavern. Break a nearby pot to find a Boko Stick. Use it to light the two torches that are found in this room. Doing so illuminates the room, revealing a whole bunch of Keese. Defeat the enemy keese and open the chest that appears to get the Treasure Chart.

Sunken Treasure
The corresponding Sunken Treasure can be found at Fire Mountain and it contains a Silver Rupee, worth 200 Rupees.
