"This wooden bow may not be the most reliable for battling monsters, but is excellent for hunting small animals."

— In-Game Description[1]

The Wooden Bow is a Bow found in Breath of the Wild. It has a base power of 4, and can often be found on the ground, or in the hands of Stalkoblin's or Red Bokoblins on the Great Plateau. The design is minimalist with one simple curved tree branch, with a piece of wire to function as the bow string. Due to the construction being mainly wooden, this weapon can catch fire.

With a strength of just 4, the Wooden Bow, alongside the Boko Bow are the weakest Bows in the game. With low durability as well as low range, there is very little reason to use the Wooden Bow unless it is the only option available. The Wooden Bow quickly becomes obsolete once Link leaves the Great Plateau and is able to acquire more powerful bows that have more abilities.
