Willi is a character featured in The Wind Waker.
Willi is the younger brother of Obli and was from the beginning a carpenter working in Windfall Island. Willi has for a long time loved the heavens and wished he could fly like the Ritos. He and his brother are both lovers of the Rito. Willi can be found with his brother on the Flight Control Platform and will operate the Bird-Man Contest.
