Link can see them from a distance, but when he comes close, they hide underneath. If Link walks over them, the tile will pop up, sending Link flying. Using the [[Gale Boomerang]] will remove the tile, as well as the Tile Worm found underneath, giving Link an opportunity to attack them.
Tile Worms are excatly what the name suggests a worm under a tile. These are an annoying enemy because even though when you approch them they pop up if your one of those players who is just trying to beat the Dungeon you probly won't see them.

Tile Worms are enemies found in Twilight Princess. These worm-like creatures hide underneath tiles, and occasionally pop out. Link can see them from a distance, but when he comes close, they hide underneath. If Link walks over them, the tile will pop up, sending Link flying.
