The Thunderhead is the big cloud-ball in The Sky in Skyward Sword. To get there you have to change the directions of the windwills in Skyloft so they're turned to the Lighttower. There you shallplay on the Goddess's Harp and a beam of light will shoot a hole in the Thunderhead, so that you can go in. There are three important things in the Thunderhead. One: To learn three song on the Isle of Songs. Two: To meet Levias. Three: The bug isle where Beedles bug will be.
