Tho Kayu Shrine is one of the many Shrine of Trials from Breath of the Wild.
Requirements
To unlock the shrine, light the four torches on the rock platforms that immediately surround it. You will however have to contend with a Molduga first.
There are multiple methods for fighting a Molduga, one method which works here is to stand on the rock platforms and throw remote bombs. When Molduga eats one, detonate it, then run close and wail on it with your melee weapon.
Dila Maag's Blessing
After all that effort, the shrine itself contains no challenges at all. Simply move forward, open the chest Golden Bow, and then examine the altar for your well-earned Spirit Orb.
