Child
"Will you go through this tiny hole and get the treasure that's inside?" -Nabooru
When you visit the temple as Young Link you obtain the Silver Gauntlets which make Link supper strong and able to move giant blocks. You also see the geordu fail at trying to stop Ganon.
Adult
When you return as Link you use the gloves to move around the temple. After traversing numerous enemies and puzzles you obtain the Mirror Shield. Link also fights the witch sisters,Twinrova, who are the boss in the Spirit Temple. After defeating them Link gets the Spirit Medallion which is the final medallion required for the confrontation against Ganondorf.
