Spiked Iron Balls are objects from Tears of the Kingdom.

Tears of the Kingdom

Spiked Iron Balls are massive objects that are usually found around Bokoblin Camps. Enemies use them to attack Link and they deal massive damage. Link is able to use Recall on a Spiked Iron Ball to send it back in the direction it came from, often times running over smaller enemies and dealing damage.

Link is able to use the Fuse ability to attach a Spiked Iron Ball to some of his weapons. If Link fuses a Thick Stick with a Spiked Iron Ball, it creates a Spiked-Iron-Ball Hammer.
