Rutela was the queen of the Zora tribe and the mother of Prince Ralis. She was murdered by Zant in order to ascend to the throne of Hyrule. Rutela helps Link after he saves her son from dying by revealing the location of the Zora Armor, buried with her husband in Kakariko Graveyard.
