Rose is the wife of Abe and the mother of Joel and Zill, and lives on the quiet Outset Island in The Wind Waker. She loves pets and always wanted a pet pig, so, after Abe’s guidance, Link catches a maximum of three pigs for her. Even though she loves her pets, she still considers them food, and proves this by eating two of the pig gifts that Link brought her. Even though she knows that ink knows she ate them, she still insists that they ran away, but her lies are given away by her habit of laughing while she is lying.
