Some fans theorize that Queen Rutela may possibly be Princess Ruto from Ocarina of Time, as their names are very similar. Her necklace also resembles the Zora Sapphire and her haunting theme is the remix of the [[Serenade of Water]]

Queen Rutela is a character in The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. She was the ruler of the Zora tribe until she was killed by Zant's minions. When Link melts the ice from Zora's Domain, her ghost asks Link to help her son, Prince Ralis, who has disappeared and is in danger of dying from an illness.
