You can receive Nayru's Charm after you've found her a house in Hyrule Town. Once you've done so she will offer you one of her charms, as long as you have an empty Bottle you can get it and if you don't you can always go back to Nayru (Oracle) once you have one. Nayru's Charms are free but you can only have one at a time, Nayru's charms will also boost your defense for a limited time and turn Link's tunic blue.
