Get to the shrine's location, and speak with Pokki to start the quest. Set the quest as your objective marker and head back to Gerudo Town. Follow the marker to Furosa, and talk to her until the objective marker relocates.

The Perfect Drink
Follow the objective marker again, and talk to Anche until you're given some ice.
First go back to Gerudo Town. From the front entrance walk past the jewelry shop and turn right to get to the right section of the town. Head up the stairs and enter the bar. Inside the bar talk to Furosa who is the Gerudo behind the bar. She will talk you to get ice from the icehouse, so lets go there. At this point you can follow your objective marker to get to the icehouse, recommended to either hire or tame a sand seal to get there. Once arrived you'll want it to be noon so if it is not either make a campfire or do anything to have time pass. Enter the icehouse and talk to the Gerudo, Anche, inside. She will let you take a block of ice which you quickly have to carry to the drop off location. Once you get the cube of ice from Ache drop it anywhere inside the icehouse and create a campfire outside then spent your time there until night. As you may now already by now the desert it very cold at night and this works in our advantage as it will prevent the cube from melting. On top of that, the second set of enemies that has a couple of bokoblins around a campfire will have those bokoblins sleeping so they won't bother you. It doesn't matter if Furosa sees you are a male so there is no need to change back into gerudo clothing. To finish the quest just make your way back to the shrine and tell Pokki the drink is waiting for her.

Misea Suma Shrine inside
Carry the ice to the objective marker. Multiple methods exist for this, such as passing time until night. Also, you don't have to wear Gerudo clothing for this step. However, you can also carry it straight there wearing Gerudo clothing if you like; if you're fast enough, the ice won't melt enough to matter, even in the middle of the day. Feel free to do it your own way.
Like any other shrine that has a quest attached to it this shrine is just a straight line with a chest in front of you. Inside the chest you will find a Diamond so after collecting that redeem your spirit orb from Misea Suma.

Once you deliver the ice, the objective marker will move again, head there and talk to Pokki again to complete the quest.

Misae Suma's Blessing
After all that effort, the shrine itself contains no challenges at all. Simply move forward, open the chest for the Barbarian Armor, and then examine the altar for your well-earned Spirit Orb.

Get to the shrine's location, and speak with Pokki to start the quest. Set the quest as your objective marker and head back to Gerudo Town. Follow the marker to Furosa, and talk to her until the objective marker relocates.

Follow the objective marker again, and talk to Anche until you're given some ice.
