The left pool indicates electric current flowing, we need the right pool to do the same. Arrange the cubes in the right pool using Magnesis until the current crosses the pool. Kay Noh Shrine is one of the many Shrine of Trials from Breath of the Wild.
Requirements
Power of Electricity
In the first room, pick up the orb and drop it on the charge point.
In the next room, head to the far right and kill the Guardian Scout I. Cut the rope to drop the orb, and carry it back to the charge point.
Head the direction that just opened (left from where you entered the room) to get a chest with a small key. Return and continue through the locked door, and fight the Guardian Scout II on the other side.
In the final room, first look above the entrance for a chest to retrieve with Magnesis. Then compare the left pool to the right. The left pool indicates electric current flowing, we need the right pool to do the same. Arrange the cubes in the right pool using Magnesis until the current crosses the pool.
