Ka'o Makagh Shrine is one of the many Shrine of Trials from Breath of the Wild.
This shrine is located at the southern edge of the Fural Plain immediately south of the Highland Stable.
Requirements
Metal Doors Open the Way
Use Magnesis to open the doors, then turn left, watch out for the Guardian Scout I, and open another set of doors for a chest hiding a Traveler's Bow.
Head out of these doors and make an immediate left. As you turn right around the corner, scan the wall with Magnesis to find a part you can remove. Behind is another chest. This one contains a Gold Rupee.
Now head back to the doors you just left. Blow up the blocks to free one of the doors, which is now your new best friend. Use it as ramp or bridge to get up to the top of the blocks in the middle of the room where another chest, this one containing an Opal awaits. There may be a Guardian Scout II roaming around for you to deal with as well.
Finally, use the door again as a bridge/ramp to the altar to get your Spirit Orb.
