The Hyrule Herb is a type of plant and material found in Breath of the Wild. They tend to grow all over the place, for example by the outer walls of the Great Plateau. This plant will restore 1 heart if eaten raw, and if it is cooked by itself, Link will create Fried Wild Greens, which will restore two hearts.
Link can use the Hyrule Herb in combination with other ingredients to make a more substantial meal. Using the Hyrule Herb will increase the amount of hearts that a meal will restore. Link can cook it alongside fruit to create Steamed Fruit or alongside meat to create Steamed Meat. Alternatively, they can be sold to shop-vendors all over Hyrule for 3 Rupees each. Hyrule Herbs can also be used to create Green Dye at the Kochi Dye Shop in Hateno Village.
