The Goron Vase appears in several Zelda games.
Ocarina of Time
When Link enters Goron City, there lies a Goron Vase in the base of the city. Link must first light up the three torches and throw a Bomb on top of the large vase. It will then pop out various items according to the face the bomb explodes at. One of the items that appear consists of a Piece of Heart.
