A wondrous stone said to have been dropped by the Goddess herself. Finding one of these items is an extremely rare occurrence. Presumably, it's used to upgrade items in the Scrap Shop.
Goddess Plumes can be found instead of Amber Relics or Dusk Relics in their respective places, but this is very rare. Goddess Plumes can be won on Bamboo Island and Thrill Digger. They can also be found within treasure chests in Faron Woods and Lanayru Province. In addition, they can be purchased from the Moonlight Merchant for 100 Rupees, or they can also be sold for 100 Rupees.
