Fire Fruit is a natural material found in Tears of the Kingdom.

"A fruit that generates heat when struck. Cooked correctly, its heating properties improve blood flow and stimulate muscles to raise attack power in high temperatures."

When Link consumes a Fire Fruit, he will regain a quarter of a heart. Link can Fuse a Fire Fruit with an arrow to create a fire arrow.
