Chancellor Cole is a character from Spirit Tracks and is a servant of Malladus. The chancellor has two hats and under them are two horns. He is from an unknown world.
Personality
In the beginning of The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks Chancellor Cole is chancellor of New Hyrule. He works for Princess Zelda, but is actually controlling her and attempting to revive Demon King Malladus.
Story
Once Zelda heads to the Tower of Spirits she watches as the Spirit Tracks dissaper and the Tower of Spirits fall apart, suddenly Chancellor Cole and his assistant Byrne stop Zelda, he proceeds to kill Zelda and use his body as a vessel to revive Demon Lord Malladus.
