The Carnival of Time is an annual festival in Termina. The large Clock Tower in the center of Clock Town opens up on the eve of the carnival.[1] The Carnival is a gathering of the races to celebrate a good crop for the year to come.[2][3] The festivity goers typically wear masks to this event.[4] It occurs on the fourth day of Link's stay in Termina, implying it is only successful if Link stops the impending Moon. Bands such as the Zora, The Indigo Go's perform during this festive occasion.[5][6][7] Many important events such as marriages coincide with this day, a glorious event for all.[8][9]
