Buzz Blobs are recurring enemies from the Zelda series. They've appeared in: A Link to the Past, Link's Awakening, Oracle of Ages, Oracle of Seasons, and Four Swords Adventures. If you attack them while they are "lit up" with electricity, you'll take damage. An easy way to defeat them is to first stun them with the Boomerang or Hookshot then defeating it with your sword.
Using Magic Powder on a Buzz Blob will cause it to transform into a more goofy-looking variant called Cukeman.
