Note on the Table (Goponga Village Ruins Well)

Note on the Table is an object from Tears of the Kingdom.

Tears of the Kingdom

The note is one of the many Notes on the Table found throughout Hyrule. It is located on a table within the Goponga Village Ruins Well, found on Goponga Island in the center of the Lanayru Wetlands.

Written by Chef Aurie Taamu, the note teaches Link that he can make an elixier by combining Sticky Frogs with monster parts. This will create a Sticky Elixir, which gives Link some Slip Resistance.

Transcript

Today, I fell off a cliff. Note to self—mountain climbing on a rainy day remains a bad idea.

How are sticky frogs able to walk so effortlessly across such slick surfaces when I just slip and fall?

If I combined sticky frogs and monster materials, could I brew an elixir that lets me climb wet cliffs without slipping?

A beverage like that might make for a perfect rainy-day aperitif...

My search for find food continues. -Chef Aurie Taamu, Temporarily Fallen
