Icefall Foothills Cave is a location in Tears of the Kingdom. It is one of the many Caves that can be discovered in the Overworld.

The cave can be found at the far northwest end of the Icefall Foothills. At west end of the foothills there is some ice blocking the cave. After melting the ice, Link can enter to discover the cave.
There is a bunch of ice throughout the cave. There is an unlit campfire in the center of the cave. Link can light it on fire to help melt much of the ice. Some of the ice blocks have enemies in them and they will come to life as the ice melts.
In the back of the cave, there is ice on the ground that Link can jump on to break. Down below there are some more dangerous Black Bokoblin. In the back there is more ice that can be melted. Behind the ice, Link will find the Otak Shrine.
