Borrs is a construction worker who can be found at Goron City. When Link first arrives at Goron City, Borrs will comment about how no work is getting done because everybody is busy with Marbled Rock Roast to focus on any work.[1] He doesn't really understand why President Yunobo got everyone eating weird rocks.[2]
After the Goron Regional Phenomena has ended, Borrs can be found on the watchtower looking over Goron City and making sure the shops are doing okay.
