Popla Foothills Skyview Tower is a location in Tears of the Kingdom. It is one of the many Skyview Towers found throughout Hyrule.

Tears of the Kingdom

The Popla Foothills Skyview Tower is located within West Necluda. Unlike many of the other towers, it cannot be immediately activated. Instead, Link will hear a cry for help from the well in front of the tower. If he falls down into it, he will find Elmerson, who became trapped after being lured in by a treasure chest.

By using Ascend to return to the surface and heading to the entrance of the Popla Foothills Excavation Site, Link can step on a switch to free Elmerson.

Upon meeting Elmerson back at the tower, the man explains that the terminal wasn't working due to humidity, so he came to do maintenance.[1] The tower will then be fixed and Link can activate it.
