"The spiciness of these sautéed peppers has been broken by the heat for a sweeter taste."
— In-Game Description
Spicy Sautéed Peppers are a meal in Breath of the Wild. They can be cooked over a Cooking Pot, and require Link to cook Spicy Peppers. The meal will provide Link with Cold Resistance and is useful very early in the quest when Link journey's towards Mount Hylia on the Great Plateau. For each Spicy Pepper used, Link will have 2½ minutes of cold resistance. Link can cook up to five Spicy Peppers, which can give him up to 12½ minutes of resistance.
