Sheem Dagoze Shrine, also known as Moving in Parallel, is one of the many Shrine of Trials from Breath of the Wild.
Requirements
Shrine Quest: The Two Rings
Talk to Kass to start this quest.
The objective is to shoot a single arrow through two of the many rings on the field. This is possible at the ring at the very northwest of the ring field, facing south. Doing so will reveal the shrine and complete the quest.
Moving in Parallel
This one's quick and easy. Stand on the left switch until the orb reaches the slot.
Then you want to do a right-left-right pattern, standing on the right switch, then the left switch before the orb falls, then the right switch before the orb goes the wrong way.
Afterwards, glide over to the platform between the two orbs for a chest. A switch will activate a platform to return. Head to the altar for your Spirit Orb.
