Tobio's Hollow Cave

A Tattered Notebook can be found in Tobio's Hollow Cave. Reading the notebook will begin the Legend of the Soaring Spear shrine quest. The notebook gives Link a hint that he must fuse a Zonaite Spear with a Keese Wing to create a Soaring Spear. Link can then toss the Soaring Spear from the pedestal through the target to get the Utojis Shrine to appear and complete the quest.
