File Selection

If you need to delete your old file, click the bottom right option, select your file, and click the bottom right option again.

Create a new file with one character as it's name. You will return to this screen many times as you Save+Quit, so make sure you choose the top file. Click your file with A and click Right twice to choose the fastest text speed. Simultaneously click A while starting your timer to begin your speedrun.

Troupe of Performers

As a glowing Link falls to this position, mash A+B alternatively with your index and middle fingers to clear the text. Use this grip whenever you are mashing these two buttons in the future.

Din finds link amongst these bushes in shock. There is no text and the screen will fade out. As it's fading or anytime before, hold Right through the screen transition to buffer your input. Link will start walking on the first frame possible on the next screen. Keep holding right until link reaches the following screen.

Talk to all members of the Troupe of Performers before speaking with Din. Begin by approaching the one on the top left, then go to Impa in red, the character to her right, and the two on right. Impa has 7 text boxes and all other have 2-3. Mash A+B for Impa's text and only mash A for all other text on this screen. Because mashing with A+B involves rotating your hand to shift it's grip, it's best used for a longer amount of text.

Finally, speak with dancing Din. You can talk to her lower on the screen than you think. This is the lowest pixel you can start talking to her.

Mash A+B through all the text until you see this image of the two start scrolling across your screen. As it comes to an end, shown in the image above, mash A to clear the screen faster.

There will be many occurances of mashing A+B for the next minute. Mash after the pair finishes 3 spins, lightning strikes the ground 10 times, a tornado sweeps the Troupe of Performers away, and after the tornado reaches Din.

You are now brought to a cutscene with text intermittently throughout. Keep the same controller grip as you mash away text as Onox approaches Din, as Onox's Castle is shown from the outside, and after the Temple of seasons has fallen.
