A Stamella Shroom  will restore ½ of a heart when eaten raw. Roasting it over an open flame turns it into a [[Toasty Stamella Shroom]], which restores ¾ of a heart but has no stat-boosting effect.

Stamella Shrooms can be used in a variety of [[Breath of the Wild Recipes|Recipes]], and they have an extra cooking effect of [[Stamina Recovery]]. Stamella Shrooms can also be used to create [[Dye|Green Dye]] at the [[Kochi Dye Shop]] in [[Hateno Village]].

While it is first found throughout the [[Great Plateau]], this mushroom can be found abundantly in the [[Ridgeland Tower]], [[Central Tower]], [[Dueling Peaks Tower]], and [[Hateno Tower]] regions of Hyrule. They are found in dense quantities in the forest, just southwest of [[Rutile Lake]], and within the [[Dalite Forest]] of Ridgeland. They are also found in dense quantities around the [[Batrea Lake]] and [[Bubinga Forest]], both located in the Dueling Peaks Tower region.

While they are abundant in the [[overworld]], Stammela Shrooms can also be purchased. [[Kanny]], a traveling merchant found in the [[Tabantha Frontier]], traveling between the [[Snowfield Stable]] and [[Serenne Stable]], will sell a Stamella Shroom for 20 rupees. [[Natie]], the [[Korok]] who runs the [[Spore Store]] in [[Korok Forest]], will also sell a Stamella Shroom for 20 rupees.
