Ruby Sword is a type of Fused Weapon found in Tears of the Kingdom.
Tears of the Kingdom
The weapon is formed by fusing a variety of weapons with a Ruby. A common fuse variety is with a Traveler's Sword and a Ruby. The Ruby Sword is a common weapon that is wielded by Fire Wizzrobes. One such Fire Wizzrobe can be found at the East Post Ruins, just southwest of the Riverside Stable.
