In Breath of the Wild, Herin Lake South caused is unnnamed, but consists of the area just south of Herin Lake on the higher cliff.
Tears of the Kingdom
In Tears of the Kingdom, a dangerous Thunder Gleeok can be found on top of Herin Lake South. When Link approaches the Thunder Gleeok, the whole region changes into a Thunderstorm climate.
The region overlooks Martha's Landing and the Faron Sea to the south.
