Hasty Apple Pie is a piece of food in Breath of the Wild.

Standard Apple Pie can be made in a lit Cooking Pot using Tabantha Wheat, Cane Sugar, Goat Butter and Apple. Adding an ingredient with the "Hasty" effect - Rushroom, Swift Carrot, Swift Violet or Fleet-Lotus Seeds - as the fifth ingredient before cooking upgrades the result to Hasty Apple Pie, granting a temporary speed boost in addition to restoring a variable number of hearts. Cooking under a Blood Moon may increase this effect's duration.

Eating the meal will grant a "low-level speed boost", as is not possible with a single ingredient to raise this to a "mid-level defense boost".
