The Break-a-Part Shop is a service run by Pelison in Tears of the Kingdom.
Tears of the Kingdom
In the Break-a-Part Shop, Pelison reverses the fusion of weapons or shields with other materials, including other weapons and shields, for a 20 rupee charge. It is the only way to unfuse something which doesn't destroy the fused material, making it particularly valuable for high-value items like sapphires, rubies or topaz; which can all be sold for more than Pelison's charge and may be dropped by wizzrobes as part of a Fused Weapon.
