The Virtual Console is an online store in which players can purchase classic games on modern consoles such as the Nintendo Wii, Nintendo Wii U, and Nintendo 3DS. This can include titles from the Nintendo Entertainment System, Super Nintendo Entertainment System, and Nintendo 64 for the Wii Virtual Console. The 3DS Virtual Console includes games from classic handheld systems such as the Game Boy and Game Boy Color.
