Unity Bell is a picture from Tears of the Kingdom.
Tears of the Kingdom
The Unity Belly can be found at Tarrey Town, located right above the Goddess Statue in the center of town. Link is able to use the Camera to take a picture of the bell.
The story goes that if two people ring the Unity Bell together, their love will last forever. Many couples from all over travel to Tarrey Town to pay it a visit.[1] Dmitri from South Akkala Stable mentions that he and his wife once rang the bell and now here they are, still happily together, which he credits to the bell.[2] Many couples have their wedding ceremonies at Tarrey Town near the Unity Bell.[3]
A Picture for Riverside Stable

After completing one of the Regional Phenomena and acquiring the Camera, Link can examine the portrait wall at the South Akkala Stable. This will cause Dmitri to call him over, beginning the quest. After Link travels to Tarrey Town, he can take a picture of the bell.
Link can then return to South Akkala Stable and show the picture to Dmitri. He'll recreate the picture on the wall, completing the quest. Dmitri will reward Link with a Pony Point, as well as some Prime Meat Stew.
